This gym comes with 3 repositionable toys: a polar bear with a roller ball that plays two songs & 3 sfx; a plastic lion with two clacker beads; and a plastic giraffe with a banana teether. There is a soft giraffe character and a soft tree located near the tummy time panel. On the panel is a penguin roller ball and a sunshine mirror. The arches, the giraffe and tree can all be repositioned or removed.

*Doesn't come with the packaging as I bought with intention to use it, but it has never been used and the packaging has been discarded. Guarantee, never even touched my baby's nose.

This nasal aspirator features hospital-style design and has a wide round bulb with slip-guard ridges on one end and a narrow, tapered end (that looks like a crayon) to insert into baby's nose. The tapered part allows mom/dad to see how far to insert the aspirator. Pushing it too far could cause damage to baby's nose, but this aspirator only slides in as far as it should. The bottom of the bulb part is flat so the aspirator can stand upright on a shelf and has a flap so mom/dad can easily clean out the little boogers stuck inside.
